Introduction. In recent years, a growing variety of technical applications have necessitated the employment more powerful equipment. Power electronics and megawatt power levels are required in far too many medium voltage motor drives utility applications. It is challenging to incorporate grid with only one semiconductor that has been extensively modified. As result, high settings, multiple converter structure offered as solution. A multilevel ratings while also allowing for utilization renewable energy sources. Renewable sources such photovoltaic, wind, fuel cells may be readily connected inverter topology enhanced outcomes. The novelty proposed work consists novel modular solar uses fewer switches. Purpose. architecture decrease number switches Total Harmonic Distortions. There no need passive filters, design enhances quality by creating distortion-free sinusoidal output level count grows lowering losses. Methods. implemented MATLAB / Simulink, using gating pulses various pulse width modulation methodologies. Moreover, model validated compared hardware system. Results. harmonic distortion, switches, DC conventional topologies. Practical value. very supportive implementing photovoltaic based inverter, which large demand grid.
